A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital sections separate, and use a ferrite bead or a 10uF capacitor to filter the power supply.
The internal voltage reference can be affected by temperature and power supply noise. Use a high-quality power supply, and consider adding a 10uF capacitor between the VCC and GND pins to filter out noise.
The maximum allowed capacitance on the VOUT pin is 10uF. Exceeding this value may cause stability issues or oscillations.
The thermal shutdown feature is activated when the junction temperature exceeds 150°C. Ensure good thermal design and heat dissipation to prevent overheating. If thermal shutdown occurs, the device will automatically restart when the temperature drops below 140°C.
The recommended input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V. Operating outside this range may affect the device's performance and accuracy.
