A thermal pad is recommended under the package to improve heat dissipation. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness and a thermal relief pattern are recommended for optimal thermal performance.
The device requires a 3.3V or 5V power supply, and the EN pin should be tied high to enable the device. The FAULT pin should be pulled up to the power supply through a resistor to ensure proper configuration.
The maximum current rating for the output pins is 50mA. Exceeding this rating may cause damage to the device.
Check the power supply voltage, ensure the EN pin is high, and verify the input voltage is within the recommended range. Also, check for any short circuits or incorrect connections on the output pins.
The device is rated for operation up to 125°C. However, the maximum junction temperature should not exceed 150°C. Ensure proper thermal design and heat dissipation to prevent overheating.
