The maximum current that can be sunk by each channel is 100mA, but it's recommended to limit it to 80mA for reliable operation.
The LED7708 requires a 3.3V or 5V power supply, and it's recommended to use a decoupling capacitor of at least 10uF between VCC and GND to ensure stable operation.
