The maximum current that can be sunk by each channel is 100mA, but it's recommended to limit it to 80mA for reliable operation.
The LED7708 requires a 3.3V or 5V power supply, and it's recommended to use a decoupling capacitor of at least 10uF between VCC and GND to ensure stable operation.
The EN (Enable) pin is used to enable or disable the entire device. When EN is low, the device is in shutdown mode and consumes minimal power.
