A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the high-frequency signals away from the power plane and use a minimum of 50 ohm impedance for the transmission lines.
Use a heat sink with a thermal resistance of less than 10°C/W and ensure good airflow around the device. Also, consider using a thermal interface material with a thermal conductivity of at least 1 W/mK.
The maximum allowed voltage on the input pins is 5.5V, but it's recommended to keep it below 5V to ensure reliable operation and prevent damage to the device.
Check the power supply voltage, ensure the enable pin is properly connected, and verify that the input voltage is within the recommended range. Also, check for any short circuits or open circuits on the PCB.
A 10nF to 100nF input capacitance is recommended to filter out high-frequency noise and ensure stable operation.
