-
The maximum power supply voltage for the TDA7267A is 18V. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device.
-
To ensure the TDA7267A operates within its SOA, ensure the output current does not exceed 3.5A, and the junction temperature does not exceed 150°C. Also, avoid operating the device at high power supply voltages and high output currents simultaneously.
-
The recommended heatsink for the TDA7267A is a thermal resistance of 10°C/W or lower. A heatsink with a thermal resistance of 5°C/W or lower is recommended for high-power applications.
-
To protect the TDA7267A from back-EMF, use a freewheeling diode (e.g., 1N4007) in parallel with the inductive load. This diode will absorb the back-EMF and prevent it from damaging the IC.
-
The minimum gain that can be set using the gain pins is 20dB, and the maximum gain is 30dB.
